Caroline's room

Hi everyone! I have a small double bedroom available in my two bedroom unit in New Lynn. The room is warm, bright and sunny and overlooks the deck/garden area. House is healthy homes compliant with a heat pump, HRV ventilation, good sized kitchen, one shared living space, separate laundry and shared bathroom. Rent includes Netflix, lawns and some shared household items (cleaning stuff etc). Lynnmall/train station are a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive away with busses down the road also. Street parking only at this stage however plenty is available and the area is very safe.

I am a 25 year old female working in the building/wholesale industry. I currently live alone with my cat Pixel and would love a like minded flatmate to share the space with. I’m a bit of a nerd and like gaming, anime and love to sew in my spare time. I mostly keep to myself however would still love to chat after work or have the occasional drink together.
