The house, including the bathroom will be shared with one current housemate, a 30 year old male working full time.

Couples accepted, no pets unfortunately. Move in costs 4 weeks bond, 1 week rent in advance. Bills (water, wifi, electric) will be shared equally between current housemate & new housemate(s).
