Alexandra's room

This is a 3 story townhouse style flat with 2 bedrooms and the bathroom on the top floor, the kitchen and living area on the second floor and the 3rd bedroom (the one for rent) on the bottom floor. The garage is on the bottom floor and contains the washer/dryer. The garage space is already taken by 1 flat mate. The flat is located in a big complex of similar flats in Parnell near the train station. It is a quiet area just off SH16. Close by is Spark Arena, Auckland Uni, Ports of Auckland, Viaduct and Sky Tower. Both of us flatmates are quite and often out or studying. The room is on the ground floor with a double bed and wardrobe. It opens to a small balcony which is nice in summer. Opens to the garage as well as entry from the door into the hallway to go upstairs to the kitchen/bathroom. The flatmate with the parking space does not need to access the house thru your room and can access thru the front door. The wifi is a shared cost of $20 per month.
