We’re looking for a flatmate to replace our flattie moving out of our 3 bedroom house in Meadowbank .
Current flat mates are all professionals, 1 females and 2 male, all in their late 20’s, chill and friendly. It’s not a party flat, but we’re all social and have flat dinners on Sundays 😊
The room is a double room with a single wardrobe, the bathroom will be shared with the one other with an extra toilet downstairs. Comes with street parking and it’s furnished. Only about 20min away from CBD and super easy to catch the bus around the house, the train is also very close.
Bills are extra 25ish pw and that includes power, water, unlimited internet, Sky TV, and bond is 3 weeks rent.
Above all we looking for the right person that must be extremely CLEAN and Pays rent on time.
