Wade River Road

Sunny main bed room with Ensuite available. The room is large and has a built in wardrobe and it own private ensuite. Perfect for a couple (250 per week). It opens up onto the deck with private views of trees and native bush, getting morning and afternoon sun. The room comes unfurnished.

The rest of the house is furnished and fully set up but there is space for your own things if you already have them. There is a open plan living and dinning area. The living room is large with enough space for a desk or work from home set up.

The flatmates room is down stairs, away from the main bedroom, so there is privacy between them. We also have a bigger section so neighbors are never a bother.

There is also a smaller spare bedroom which could be negotiated as your own private lounge, office, or hobby room, for an additional cost.

We have plenty of off street parking, and a carport for storage. There is a flat front garden, and the lovely back deck which is awesome for an afternoon summer drink or bbqs. The road is pretty quiet and in the mornings we wake up to the sound of the tuis in the bush.

Arkles Bay Beach is only 1km away and it’s a short stroll down to walk along Wade River. Supermarket and shops are a three minute drive.

Move in date is very negotiable and so is the length of the stay. Happy to do anything from 3months - 1 year and there is the possibility of a longer term arrangement for the right person.

We are a couple in our mid twenties and are looking for people a similar age. We enjoy have friends around for drinks or dinner every now and then and it would be good to have someone who can enjoy this with us but is also respectful when we sometimes do shift work. We enjoy having a flat TV show we can all sit down to watch and could be open some shared flat cooking for dinners.

We have 2 cats who are social and provide lots of entertainment on rainy nights in.
