Off-street parking for one small car available, plenty of street parking. Big back yard and a deck off the lounge. Two friendly women and their cat petal currently living here. 2.67 x 3.15 room with built in dresser/wardrobe. Ideal for someone with minimal furniture however still fits a queen sized bed, additional dresser and desk.

Two working students in our 20s, Sarah and Leah, and our 10 year old cat Petal. Sarah - I study Chemistry at AUT and I’m in my final year! I am a bubbly, adventurous girl who loves her crocs. Leah - I’m a final year business student at AUT, majoring in Accounting and Management. I love gaming, reading and good food. My friends would describe me as a funny and outgoing. Petal - the cutest cat on this planet. Quite skittish at first but it doesn’t take long for her to warm up to ya. She is house trained but barely uses her litter box as she spends most of her day in our backyard. Loves temptations and we’ve taught her how to fist bump which personally I think is so cool
