3.5 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. 2 rooms available Warm spacious villa located in One Tree Hill, close to public transport, off-street parking and on street parking, and walking distance from Cornwall Park. 5 minutes to Greenlane motorway on/off ramp, 10 minutes from Newmarket. 3 bedrooms + office and 1.5 baths, wood floors throughout. HRV system and heat pump to keep it dry and warm. Our home has a great kitchen with a double oven and gas stove. We also have a washer and dryer located in the kitchen with a laundry sink. An office that we all share for various crafts and for a little extra storage. A great fully fenced backyard with a beautiful deck that’s super awesome for entertaining in the summer. Not to mention the most lovable little dog, who loves to play and cuddle.

Both rooms are big double bedrooms with plenty of storage. We have everything you need for the living room/kitchen/cleaning etc. You just need to furnish your own room. One room also has its own access and little porch!

2 existing flatmates. a couple in our mid 30s American and Kiwi women, both profession­als, extroverte­d, and enthusiast­ic. There is also a very friendly happy wee man named Drax, he is a chihuahua x that makes for a great playmate and is up for a good cuddle too! No pets sorry.
