Jason's room

We are looking for a new flatmate/s due to our current flatmate relocating for work. Rates $270 for couples, $200 for individuals.

Sunny warm three bedroom brick home with one bathroom. The rest of the house is fully furnished with the normal chattels including: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, lounge and dining suites. There is plenty of storage under the house and has an off street garage. Fire, heatpump & heat transfer system keep the house warm over winter. Firewood is included in the rent as well as internet. Power is split evenly.

Easy access to the beach (quick walk) and the city. The house sits on the number 8 bus route and has plenty of street parking available.

Can furnish room if needed.

Two males in their early 30’s both working fulltime. Occasionally have friends over for drinks, BBQ & games. Like to get away in the weekend. We also have a 5 year old dog.
