I am looking for another person to help look for and rent out a 2 bedroom unit or house together with expenses shared equally. I am a Caregiver, christian, nonsmoker, non-drinker,clean, easygoing, kiwi male, 50.

Looking for a mature person with references. Not a party house,however, it will be your home so you can invite people over as long as they are considerate. They cannot stay overnight.
