Chelmsford Street

The house is a two story 3 bedroom house with 1 main bathroom and an extra toilet upstairs. The living area is huge (we can’t even fill it out properly.) There is a deck outside the living area which catches the afternoon sun in winter and is sunny most the day in summer. The room itself has a built in wardrobe and fits a double bed and a desk and has inbuilt heating.

Rent is $225 a week and includes all expenses (power, fiber, rubbish.)

You will be living with one couple and one single, all of which are in our mid to late twenties working with one doing part time study as well. All of us are super chill and respectful, we look after each other and the house and aren’t afraid of doing a little extra to help each other out from time to time. Sometimes we like to fire up the BBQ and have a few beers, and have a wide variety of hobbies and enjoy trying new things.
