Room to led from June to September 2022, while current flatmate is going temporarily overseas.

Sunny north facing good sized bedroom (with walking wardrobe & can be fully furnished) on the ground level with private bathroom (shower bathtub combo and outside deck access available to rent. Available 4 th of June or earlier if needed.

The house and location: Spacious 2brm, 2 bathrooms, double storey house with garden, large north facing deck and courtyard (total of 460 sqm). Tucked away from the main road on the corner of Birkenhead Ave & Highbury Bypass, short walk to gym (including rock climbing wall), pool, Highbury township with mall, banks, supermarket, and pub’s.

5 min walk to the bus stops with direct connection to CBD, North Shore Location’s or Universities. Depending on traffic it takes 20 min on the bus down Onewa road to get to the CBD, 10min via bus to Takapuna and Glenfield.

Nice walks/runs around Kaipatiki bush & costal walks.

There is a Heat pump in the shared living room with TV and a sofa chilling area, access to a garage with laundry through the kitchen. We have all whiteware, kitchenware and furnitures. The Garage has some space for your storage e.g if you have a bike, surf board, gym equipment or a few boxes to store. We use the garage as a man cave for personal gym sessions when it’s raining or to dry washing.

The room: Can be fully furnished, north facing with private deck access that get lot’s of sun nearly all day with a walking wardrobe. It has a double bed, bedside tables, desk and chair. The room is on the first level, including your own bathroom. Parking on side street nearby or maybe on top of shared communal driveway unfortunately there is no more room for an additional car in front of the house.

Current flatmates: DevOps Engineer male, who is a gym addict and super friendly, quite and tidy. He lives upstairs and keeps to himself mainly while focused on his career development. He is usually only seen to prepare his healthy protein meals.

This is definitely no party house. You are most welcome to invite your friends over but please respect sharing this home with only one other flatmate.

Ideal flatmate: A tidy, mature professional or a student who is looking for a fixed term room to occupy. An honest and caring individual (environmental friendly) who is easy to get on with and who pays the rent on time.

Sorry no couples, no cat’s or dog’s please.

Moving in cost: Bond is 3 weeks, with 1 week rent up front.

The rent includes, unlimited ultra-fast broadband, all furniture’s in the house and the furniture in your bedroom (if you want), the use of whiteware, kitchen & utensils.
