Self contained, furnished modern room with own bathroom, nestled in the back yard amongst fruit trees and vegetable gardens, The room has two loft bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed, the other used for storage (no bed). 2.5 km from Middlemore hospital and 7.5 km from Airport. Rent includes water, power, gas and unlimited internet. Attention: Your toilet is a compost toilet which you will need to maintain. Instruction given. Single working person preferred. Solo parents welcome but not suitable for young children. Couples considered at $400 pw. No pets.

The main house is occupied by myself, a single 50 year old Maori male, working from home. While you’re room is private, I am actively tinkering around the property every day until dark.
