Hi! There is a sunny, double-sized unfurnished room available in this cute 3-bedroom villa in Sandringham (with a separate downstairs flat for another tenant). Living/dining area comes furnished.

Many nice features - a deck at the front and the back, 2 toilets, 1 shared bathroom w/shower & bath, garden at the front and backyard, and an open-plan living & dining area. The room for rent is spacious, and will easily accomodate a queen-size bed and desk. North-facing with sun through the morning and early afternoon. Great area to live - central suburb, just off Sandringham Rd with quick access to bus + train routes, and St Lukes is a 7 min walk away. Would prefer students but will consider all applicants.

Rent is $270 + expenses, standard 3 weeks’ bond and 1 week in advance apply.

I’m a professional musician, working full-time at MAINZ (Music and Audio Institute of NZ), with a cat and a good sense of humour : ) I also teach a few hours from home and gig out most weekends. Prefer a more quiet home life with good food and good company. Currently myself (and my cat!) and my flatmate Rachel (and her cat!) living here, and we are ready for a flatmate to move any time from now.
