Nestled in the heart of Grey Lynn, the villa gets lots of sun during the daytime with a huge backyard space for impromptu picnics and occasional party/gatherings. The rent includes, everything from electricity, internet, water, gas, basic shared house supplies like cooking oil, laundry detergent, toilet paper, cleaning supplies… even a cleaner that comes in fortnightly so we don’t have to argue about who’s turn it is to tidy up the common areas 😘
