Hey we are looking for a couple to fill our master bedroom in a brand new townhouse we just secured in St Johns🏡

The place is a sunny new build with a spacious lounge and kitchen. You’ll have the master bedroom with a large walk-in wardrobe and ensuite! Rent is $400/week for couple or $380 for a single plus we will spilt the bills as they come in.

You’ll be living with 3 others (2 girls, 1 boy) who are 22-25yr and work full time. We are all pretty social and enjoy each other’s company with a bev or two but happy to do our own thing ☺️
