The property is on the edge of town with large grounds and is very quite and private with the bus stop within walking distance. Can help with furniture for room if needed, the room is big and roomy and is private at one end of the house with plenty of wardrobe space, also has it’s own private space to sit outside and enjoy the morning sun with a cup a tea, read a book or whatever you like. About 15mins from down town Tauranga or the hospital.

I am a older single male, working full time who owns the property with a partner who stays over a couple of nights a week, or I’m away for a couple nights a week, have one old cat who is boss of the place. I am easy going and enjoy a beer, also enjoys a clean and tidy property without any drama, the house is not a party house, we are respectful and expect to be treated the same, I do enjoy visitor’s just not all the time
