About the room
MOVE IN AND GET THE FIRST WEEK OF RENT FREE!
Located at the Mt. Albert, Morningside, Kingsland border. Bungalow home on quiet, convenient street. Pets will be OK (no problem with cats) but dogs will have to be seen first before allowed. No offstreet parking but plenty of parking on the quiet street.
Share with two other professional working males, one in twenties, one in his sixties (he only stays at the house part of the week). Everyone is vaccinated, nonsmokers.
Rent is $170 per week plus $25/week which covers everything else - power, water, unlimited fibre wifi with the Orbi mesh wifi system. Your room can be fully furnished with wardrobe, dresser, bed, desk, and chair if you want. Kitchen has all whiteware, pots, pans, dishes, etc. Laundry with two washing machines. Place to hang clothing out of the rain.
House is fully insulated with HRV venntillation system in every room to keep house drier, warmer with filtered air. Around the house is a garden with vegetables and fruit trees which you are welcome to pick.
The house is in a good location: short walk to train station, 5 minute walk to bus. Near bicycle path to city or Unitech.
About the roomies
You will share house with two working professional males, one in their twenties and the other early 60’s. The older man only lives in the house a few days a week. Both are easy going, friendly, clean up after themselves. All fully vaccinated and covid aware. Cooking is on your own and anything you decide to eat is fine.
