Howie's room

Large sunny room in quiet house in good street central to town. Gas heater in the room. Prefer a female as I have shared care of two kids (15 & 13). There is another room next to it which my 20 year old daughter is in. These rooms and bathroom are downstairs. Other bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs so it is quite private.

Mid 50’s professional male with 50% shared custody of two children (15&13), my 20 yo daughter is currently with me too. Looking for a quietish boarder.
