Liam's room

We are looking for a flatmate to come and live with us in Welcome Bay/Hairini. The location is great for easy access into Town, Bayfair, or Tauriko. The house is furnished but the room is unfurnished. Cost is $225 a week (including general expenses - water, wifi, rubbish, reasonable power usage, normal consumables etc). The house is nice and dry, with a HRV installed, and a heatpump in the main living area. The room itself has a double wardrobe.

It’s possibly a bit small for a couple, but we’ll leave that for you to decide :)

We are a tidy, active, and friendly couple and would love to live with a similar person. I’m a teacher and my partner is a physio, both in our 20’s. We love the beach, the Mount, walks/runs/bikes/swims etc, and a good movie night. Not a party house, but definitely happy for the occasional drink.
