Definitely the best thing about the place is the location. 5 minute walk to supermarket and 7 minute walk to Victoria University Kelburn Campus (so especially good for Uni students!). The flat is situated right in Wellington Central so restaurants, fashion outlets, bars and clubs are easily accessible by walking.

You will be staying on the 6th floor of Sirocco Apartments, which means you have a lovely balcony view over Lambton Quay. The living room and kitchen are kept clean as we have cleaning utilities such as a vacuum and mop.

The other roommates are kind and wonderful people who quietly keep to themselves. They are usually at work most of the time and you’ll only really see them on their days off and after work at night.

The water pressure is amazing, which is especially great for the shower. You might not have seen in the photos, but there is an extra toilet right when you enter the flat. The washing machine and dryer work as intended.

About the room Although quite small, It also means that this room can get quite warm which is great for the upcoming winter season! I have managed to fit all of my clothes, clothes rack and drawer in the room, however any other items you have can be put into your study room. As seen in the photos (desk does not come included). You will also have an extra room which can be used for anything. Your bedroom has 4 electrical outlets and the study room has one.

It is entirely possible for a couple to move in this room but it will be tight!

Preferred flatmate Anybody is applicable. But i’m sure my mates would appreciate it if they had a kind flatmate that tidied up after themself!

The other flatmates are pretty laid back, clean up after themselves and are respectful people.
