This is a sunny 3 bedroom townhouse that was very recently built. It is fully insulated, features double glazed windows, smart ventilation system, burglar alarm, and LED lights. The place is warm and mould-free, even without heaters.

We are looking for someone who is quiet and considerate, clean and tidy, and pays the rent on time.

We are 2 Korean/Kiwi males in our mid to late 20s; both working professionals. We are quiet individuals with a strong priority on cleanliness and tidiness.
