\Hello, Me and my partner have 2 rooms available, for 3.5 months, beginning 12 June. We have family visiting from Germany in late August who need the rooms for 4 weeks, the rooms will also be available after that if it works!

The flat is 5 minutes from the beach and close to Mt. New World.

Rent for single is $220 for the larger room and $200 for the smaller room per week or $380 for a couple (both rooms). We are also open to just getting one single in and having the third room as a guest room/office for them. The price would be $300 for this. There is one bathroom shared between the two rooms. Utilities will be about $40 - 50 per month per person.

The house is furnished, you just need a bed, and personal furniture. Our furniture is different to that in the photo. Each room has a wardrobe and there is shared storage in the garage and in hallway.

I am a Kiwi accountant and I live with my German girlfriend who is an industrial chemist. We are both pretty sporty, I like to surf a lot and may partner plays rugby. We don’t have house parties, but do enjoy having a few friends over for drinks or yarns.
