Your room happily fits a Queen bed and desk / TV unit. It comes with the main bathroom (yes, all to yourself!) including large bath tub. Very large, open plan living area with separate cosy lounge and heat pumps for those winter mornings or hot summers. We’ve also got Sky Sport free of charge. Backyard includes outdoor seating. Other appliances include dryer, dishwasher & spare fridge+freezer. Heaps of off-street parking and easy public transport to Constellation Station.

3 existing flatmates, one couple and a male aged early-late twenties + our staffy/lab puppy, Banjo 🐶 so you must be a dog lover. We are all working professionals, looking for someone who enjoys getting together for a drink or flat BBQ every now and then, but also enjoys their own space. Not a party house.
