Hey girls 😊 A room in our lovely 5 bedrooms, 2 bathroom home has become available.
We would prefer a girl to join us.
4x4 metre room approx. Room has no wardrobe, but it does have a sun room attached which can be used for clothes/storage etc. Off street parking at the back of property. Large lawn and deck. Two bathrooms (upstairs and downstairs) Very close to AUT North campus. Great location on Chartwell ave in Glenfield. We have a dairy, bakery, Indian, laundromat, dominoes, fish and chips, and hair dresser accross the road. Move in costs is 2 weeks in advance plus $650 bond. Bills are as following per month.. $40 electricity $20 internet $5 lawns $10 water Message me about yourself and we can organized viewings
