I am moving to Australia for study so have to ditch my much loved flat! AVAILABLE 31st MAY!!

$140 p/w in rent!

One large room available in a sunny NEV flat. It is a quiet neighbourhood, you’ll be living in suburban bliss. It is a 30 min walk to campus or 10 min bus (up the number 😎, with a perk being its close proximity to blacks road grocer + beam me up bagels, and a 15 min walk to gardens NW.

You’d be living with 5 other post grad and or full time workers all mid 20s , who are all very sociable (willingness to craft is a plus). The flat has heaps of good social spaces, with a large sunny deck, a conservatory and a huge garden. There is a bathroom upstairs (with a bath) and another downstairs. There are 3x off street carparks.

The room can come furnished/unfurnished as you wish, the furniture is in good nick! Move in from 31st May.

Rent is $140/week + bills (approximately $16 per week). + bond (will confirm $$ for this). We do flat cooking which you can opt in or out of ($30 per week and always delicious)

There are a mix of us in the flat, both full time workers and students. My flatmates study topics from science communication to archaeology to nutrition, and work in fields ranging from hospo to in museums. Everyone has their own friends but we also are a social flat, eating together most nights with a lot of opt in opt out tv!
