Wifi/water/power included. Swimming pool. Separate entrance. Fully furnished (we can remove them too). Short distance to Albany shopping mall. 3 min walk to a bus stop. 3 min walk to Northcross shopping centre. No smoker or pet please( our family members have allergy). No party (loud) since we have small kids. Daytime worker. Available for 1 person.

We have a dog and small children. Our rumpus room is quite spacy and has a completely separate entrance so it is quite private. I addition, it is behind a large swimming pool with solid fence so not be seen from the street. Please feel free to reach out if you would like to view. We don’t need bond but 2 weeks advance notice before you leave is required.
