House is 20 minute walk into the CBD, bus stops 2 minutes walk away. 5 minutes walk to Countdown Newtown, 10 mins Walk to Hospital and Newtown shops.
About the roomies
You will be living with a couple of awesome gals who work in tertiary education and law. We are friendly, clean, respectful and have created a great home atmosphere. Not a party house but do enjoy having friends over for BBQs and shared dinners.
