Ellie's room

We have a lovely room available for rent from the 12th of June onwards in our cozy West End flat. Please message me to arrange viewing times and tell me a bit about yourself, your age, what you do for work, when you can move and how long you intend to stay. We currently have one female and a couple in the flat all aged between 21 & 24. We are looking for someone of similar age who will stay long term, at least a minimum of one year. Rent is $100 + $35 expenses per week, we will require two weeks rent in advance and the bond is $420 which will need to be paid by the move in date. The total move in costs are $690.
