Welcome to Nocturnal Wonderland, we are an inclusive, open minded flat.

4 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms. Massive common spaces - two lounges and separate dining room. Two showers and a toilet upstairs, one toilet downstairs.

This is a fully furnished flat apart from bedrooms. Space can be made for additional furniture etc. Plenty of storage throughout the house and garage. One park in the drive and plenty of street parking.

Epic pool for the summer and spa on the way for the winter.

We have two rooms available with a joint balcony overlooking our pool.

Room 1 is 3.5m x 3m and available now.

Room 2 is 3m x 3m with the higher ceiling and available on the 19th of June.

Both rooms have wardrobes.

Both rooms are $200 each plus expenses. Bills average $30-$40 per week that we split evenly when they come in.

Pictures can’t do the rooms justice and they get the best sun in the house. The balcony is a great spot to read a book or enjoy a coffee.

We are a fairly social flat during weekends but chilled out during the week due to work commitments.

Two girls and one boy living in the flat currently. All working professionals.

We’re looking for open minded individuals that want to be social and join in with our friendly dynamic. The type of people happy to join in for the occasional movie night or chill out in hallways talking on the floor - despite multiple lounges.
