Awesome location only 2 mins walk to beautiful Takapuna Beach, 10min walk to Takapuna Centre, and 3 mins walk to supermarket. Also fast & frequent buses to Auckland City, Takapuna & other suburbs only 3 mins walk away.

The bedroom is sunny, north-facing with a peek of the sea, has a good sized wardrobe and bed. Note the room can be furnished or unfurnished (photos to come shortly).

The house is a large early 1900’s bungalow style house. The kitchen has modern cooker, fridge and dishwasher, microwave. We have 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, separate laundry and 2 living rooms. We are a non-smoking household.

We have a lovely, large sunny garden, deck and spa pool and unlimited Wifi and 2 lovely cats.

Expenses are $45/week and includes all bills, unlimited internet, house cleaner and gardener.

We are friendly, easy-going professionals & post graduate student who really enjoy living together. We make this a home for all, are clean and tidy and respect others space. We love to live with travelers/professionals/students from NZ or overseas.
We’re all active, love to travel, love sports, enjoy different cultures, are social but also enjoy our own time. We’re all fully vaccinated, we request you are fully vaccinated too :) Would be lovely to hear from you :)
