This is a 2 room apartment in Mission Bay move in date is 13th of June onwards as brother is moving out. Nice size room easily fits King bed with large built in wardrobe. Room is $255 & it’s 1 week rent in advance & 2 weeks rent for bond👌
WFH station is there and it’s fully furnished for living room/ kitchen just need your bed really.
Best thing is it’s very close to Eastridge but also super private. 2 minute walk to Supermarket, 24/7 gym etc. Bus stops into Newmarket/ CBD are out front and less than 10min drive into CBD.
About the roomies

I am in my late 20’s, currently work in tech. I enjoy gym, tennis, gaming and enjoy guitar (My studio is digital with headphones so don’t worry no noise when I am practicing :))
I usually head out for socializing and keep it pretty quiet and clean at home with good food and chillin watching TV.
