Hey! We have a cheap single unfurnished bedroom with built in wardrobe available in a new townhouse unit. Looking for a clean and tidy flatmate to join us ASAP.

Location - Mount Wellington area.

• Easy access to the motor way.

Room Details

• The room is cosy and best fit for a single or king single bed and bedside table.
• Built in wardrobe
• Main bathroom is shared in the flat, as well as a guest toilet downstairs.
• On-street parking

Costs

• Rent is $150 + utilities
• Bond is 4 weeks rent and ideally 1 weeks rent in advance upon move-in.
• Utilities for water, power, broadband etc. will be split evenly each month.

We also have a lovely Miniature Dachshund puppy so loving animals is a must.

There are currently 3 easy-going flatmates (2 guys, 1 girl) all of us are 19 turning 20 so someone around our ages is preferred. We are all either working full time or studying so enjoying chilling and catching up when we are home but also equally value each other’s space.
