Kiana's room

Located in Karaka, 2 min drive to motorway, convenience stores, McDonald’s and gas station. Room can fit up to a queen bed. Double wardrobe included. Sharing the bathroom with 2 others. Parking is rotational between driveway and street parking, we take turns.

Move in cost is 900 including first weeks rent. 730 move in cost + 170 first week.

We are all female, aged early twenties, working professionals. Super easy going! Love a good laugh and chance to socialise every now and then, also have different diets going on so we have our own separate shelves in fridge and pantry and cook our own food :) (but I personally eat anything so if you need a taste tester I’m always down)
