I have a Double room with a Double Wardrobe available in the CBD. It is a modern 2 bedroom townhouse located 1 min walk from Victoria Park and only a 5 minute walk to the Viaduct and Downtown.
It is a 3 story townhouse. On the ground level is a double internal garage with a wash room. The second level is the kitchen, dining room and lounge all in one with a deck off the lounge. The sun streams into the lounge which keeps it warm and bright plus we have a heat pump.
We then move to the 3rd floor which has 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom between the two bedrooms.
You would be sharing with 1 Christian female who is 41.
She loves movies, Netflix, board games and going out and doing things. It is a quite and fun home to be a part of.
The room comes unfurnished. But the rest of the home has everything.
You will be sharing with one 41yr old female who has a great sense of humour, is caring, Quite but still fun to be around. Loves music, Movies, Netflix and fun to be around.
