We are looking for a flatmate(s) to join our lovely mansion in Mission Bay! The room: It is a single bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and access to a huge balcony. The room comes unfurnished. There are 2 shared bathrooms in the house, one with a separate toilet.

This house is more a home than a flat - we have BBQs together and enjoy a chat over a few drinks or a glass of wine in front of the fireplace. We are proud of our home and take care of it - keeping it clean & tidy.

Expenses: Rent: $400 couple/$320 single Bond: $1200 Bills: Approximately $15-20 per week Room available: now Location: Mission Bay Directly opposite a liquor store for a bottle of wine on a cold winter night, Hells Pizza for those lazy nights and Kepa Cafe for brunch. The New World is 3 minutes by car. The bus to the city is one block away. There is plenty of parking available inside the property. And best of all - the beach is 15 min walk!
