I have recently moved into a 2 bedroom flat attached to the main house of the owner. Newly built home since February this year. Females need only apply. Prefer a mature Maori working professional. I work from home 2 days a week. Non smoker and non drinkers only please. Looking to rent the other double room out until December. Comes unfurnished but I can get a bed put in the room if needed.
