Needing someone to take over my warm room in North Dunedin as I am finishing my studies and moving city. $145 per week, available from July. Room comes unfurnished (only the closet is included) but I will be selling my furniture (bed, desk, dresser, shelf etc.) for cheap.

The other 4 flat mates are all in their 20s working and studying. You will be moving in with two guys and two girls so you get to swing the gender balance. Not a party flat but game and movie nights are enjoyed together
