Our flat is a furnished spacious villa with an amazing garden perfect for picnics. A great location too, with fresh produce store, dairy, sushi shop and takeaways at the end of the street. Also a 5 min drive to Parnell road where the best cafes reside and a quick walk to the rose gardens. I work in the city centre and walk from the flat to work everyday. This flat is perfect for a uni student too as it is within walking distance from the main campus!

Currently we are a flat of 3 females (ranging from 21-26) Two artsy working professionals + my sister who will be leaving us to move overseas later in July. Her room will be available soon for 300/week. We are a chill bunch that appreciates a clean, fun environment and are always down for a nachos & movie night :)
