Hey there!

We’re looking for a couple (or a single person) to take the beautiful en-suite. The room has a walk-in wardrobe and an awesome deck accessed by French doors off your room.

The house: The rest of the house is furnished. The house is quite large and has lots of space around to set up workspaces, etc. We have a double garage and plenty of street parking as well!

Location: The house is located close to Tamaki Drive, a coastal road that connects to the suburbs! You’ll always find people walking/jogging in here. Our street has a large playing field for rugby/cricket/football games. It has two nearby bus stops within walking distance of 10mins. It is a 15 mins drive to CBD, 5 mins to Mission Bay, and 5 mins to New World Eastridge. If you are fond of biking, there is a secured bike lane from the main road to the city!

We are looking for a person to move in on or before the 2nd of July.

You will be living with 3 other flatmates (2 females and a male) all in their mid-late 20s. We are all working professionals, looking for someone who is easygoing, appreciates good humour, and is tidy 😃 Both rooms come unfurnished. Expenses are split equally which comes down to $25-$30 per week. This includes power, water, gas, wifi, and gardening. Move-in cost would be 1 week’s rent in advance + bond.
