Hi, I am looking for a flatmate in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in a quiet townhouse down a private street in Papatoetoe, overlooking a park. The house is fully furnished and there is potential for the bedrooms to be furnished too if you would like. The room is a smaller bedroom and just fits a double bed (fits a king single more easily) and bedside table, and has a single wardrobe but has its own bathroom (toilet and shower). There is plenty of on-street parking available but no off-street parking (except for bicycles/ motorbikes).

The house has been recently renovated. The walls have now been painted white and the kitchen has been renovated with a new tiled splash back etc. Some of the photos are of the house prior to renovations.

The house is only 2.5km from Middlemore Hospital, 5km from East Tamaki, and 9km (15 mins) from the airport. It is close to public transport with a bus stop within a few minutes walk and a train station just over 1km away.

Looking for someone to move in ideally between the 8th of July and the 17th.

I am ideally looking for someone shorter term, so it would work well for someone in-between flats or wanting a flexible move out date if they are looking to go overseas soon!

Current flatties include a 25 year old male who works in finance in the CBD.
