Bedroom has direct access to the balcony, partly overlooking the Upper Habour Bridge. Room size is 2.7m by 3.4m. On-street parking.

Located in Hobsonville, Auckland. 5 minute walk to Hobsonville Ferry, followed by a 25 minute ferry ride to Auckland CBD. There are nearby parks and walks around the area. Close to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, a laundromat, a clinic and a Gym (all within a 5 min drive).

Looking for a working professional, someone that is clean and tidy, and wouldn’t mind helping with chores around the apartment. Long term tenant preferred.

There will just be 1 other occupant (myself). Male, late 20s, working professional (regularly commutes to Auckland CBD).
