A spacious fully furnished room with a Double bed, linen provided, bedside table, desk, dress mirror and a built-in double wardrobe situated in a quiet location in Ellerslie. All bedrooms are upstairs, bathroom and toilet. You will share the toilet with one other female flatmate. Parking is on safe off-street. 15 min to Auckland Hospital/9 min walk to Ellerslie Train Station & shops/7 min walk to bus stop(#70 & #782),close to Ellerslie-Panmure Highway, motorway, 5 min drive to Sylvia Park & Panmure.

Rent is $200/week plus $30/week for utilities. Bond is 2 weeks $400+ 1 week rent $230= $630 Ideal flatmate- Female only preferably Filipino or Asian. clean, quiet, tidy and pays rent on time.
