Tucked away from the main street via a long driveway. Hence, it’s a very quiet and cosy place. This also provides additional security since it’s not easily accessible by outsiders that aren’t part of this block of houses. Close to Seaside Park. 1 minute to get on State Highway 1. 2 to 3 minutes during morning traffic. Very convenient to go anywhere. Open space backyard to a small piece of reserve land. Only accessible by 4 houses. No outside access. Yet, nice view to relax or unwind after a long day or busy week. Especially during summertime. This room is above the garage. So, noise may travel through the floor when the door is opening up. However, the garage is only used during the day. Very very rarely that it gets opened during late nights. The room has a queen size bed, bedside cabinets, a dresser with a mirror and a built in wardrobe. You’ll need to get your own bedding. Everyone has their own taste so will leave this up to you.

The place is pretty relaxed. No set date for social events. Everyone took care of themselves. Yet, when more than 1 person is in the house, a pizza night or some sort of movie/TV night may happen randomly sometimes. Currently, everyone in the house is vegetarian. However, we’re meat eater friendly as well. You can bring in or cook anything you like as long as you clean up after yourself.
