Cozy, tidy and homey. This could be your next home. This room comes furnished with a double bed and a built in wardrobe with a decent amount of storage. This home is in a quiet neighbourhood, but convienently located with a bus stop on the door step to easily access the city, and amples of street parking on a wide street.

If you enjoy cycling, this home is near the newly opened cycle lane running from Kohimarama Road down to Orakei Basin. It’s also a short distance to Mission Bay, Kohi and St Heillers.

You will be sharing with me, a male in his early 30s who is house proud and enjoys a tidy and welcoming home. I’m mostly out during daylight hours during the week, as I love the adrenaline kick from group fitness classes - hitting them both ends of the days, most days. If you are looking for a homey environment, this could be for you. And I won’t pressure you to come to step class, but bonus points if you want to come :-)
