About the room
The house is warm, dry and in the middle of the Kilbirnie shopping area.
The room is semi furnished, the bed does need a base that we are looking for, the furnishings are replaceable so they aren’t too flash but they work. We thought someone would like to make the room their own rather than feeling like a guest in their house. It has a large wardrobe and a cute sky light window that opens up. The house comes furnished with washing machine, freezer, fridge, dryer and kitchenware. There is a lot of space in the living room and bathroom as well.
There is no street parking but free parking around the corner (2min walk) and there is a bus stop right outside the door and around the corner (2, 3, 12, 14, 18, 20)
About the roomies
The current flatmates are myself (29F), my daughter who roomshares with me (8F). We love our own space and the child is super easy to get along with
