Double bedroom available in a near new, well presented and very spacious home situated in The Lakes. The room size is 3m x 3.05m. Large built-in double wardrobe. Lots of storage throughout the house.

The house is furnished throughout. Room comes unfurnished.

Located in the heart of The Lakes, down a very quiet little street. About 5 minutes drive from the Tauranga Crossing.

An ideal flatmate would be someone who is easy-going, respectful, clean and considerate, working full-time. Aged 20-40 preferred.

The rent for the room is $205 a week. Additional charge of $35 per week for power/high speed fibre/water and toilet rolls/cleaning products.

Move-in cost total is $1025 (2 weeks rent in advance and the bond is 3 weeks rent)
