About the room
Come join our flat in the heart of Newtown!! We have one room up for grabs.
$245 a week, plus expenses (wifi and power, paid monthly). Super duper close to the Newtown shops - less than 5 minutes walk.
We are looking for someone, preferably in their early 20s. A kind person who can spin some yarns.

The vibe: Everyone works in their own schedules but we often come together for a movie or a few brews in the evening. Super relaxed but we keep it tidy and treat the place like a home. You’ll be living with 3 other (male) young professionals and postgraduate students.
