Carol's room

The property is located in semi rural Clive on an orchard. Plenty of parking and room to breathe. Our current boarder is moving out of the region. We have two dogs but there are four dogs on the property. We would prefer no pets. The room is carpeted, is a generous double with a single built in wardrobe which has a top shelf. Theres a queen bed, tall boy drawers, dressing table with mirror, side table, lamp, and tv. Some linen and bedding is available if you dont have your own. Theres no electric blanket. A large window faces out to the courtyard. Fair use of power and Wifi is included. Were looking for someone who is clean and tidy, outgoing and friendly, can fit in with older people, and is respectful of our property and other people. Smoking outside and social drinking is ok. We have a small vege garden. There’s a big screen tv in the garage, and we spend alot of time out there. This is not a noisy party house.

The house is occupied by myself (retired) and my husband (working). We have two dogs, and the cottage next door also has two dogs.
