Carol's room

The property is located in semi rural Clive on an orchard which backs onto the Clive river. Our current boarder is moving out of the region. Plenty of parking and room to breathe. Large lawns and gardens. We have two dogs but there are four dogs on the property so we would prefer no pets at all. The room is carpeted, is a generous double with a single built in wardrobe which has a top shelf. Theres a queen bed, tall boy drawers, dressing table with mirror, side table, lamp, and tv. Some linen and bedding is available if you dont have your own, however, you’ll need your own pillows. Theres no electric blanket. A large window faces out to the courtyard. Fair use of power and Wifi is included. We have a firebox in the lounge which warms the house up Were looking for someone who is reasonably quiet. Clean and tidy, outgoing and friendly, can fit in with older people, and is respectful of our property and other people. Outside smoking and a social drinker is ok. We have a big screen tv in the garage, and spend alot of time out there. This is not a noisy party house.

The house is occupied by myself (retired) and my husband (working). Our dogs live outdoors and in the garage.
