Our two-story modern house has a double bedroom available with a walk in wardrobe and ensuite from the 4th of July perfect for a single that likes their own space or a couple. The bedroom is upstairs, with a large kitchen and dining/lounge area.

We have 5 off-street car parks in front of the property (tandem parking if it is a couple), with a low-maintenance private outdoor courtyard which is perfect in the summer for BBQs and entertaining guests.

The house is fully furnished, with only the bedrooms unfurnished.
